What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative partnership that provides a space for you to gain clarity and build towards your goals. That is achieved by ensuring you are fully seen, heard, and understood as you are authentically.

Coaches challenge their clients to view situations, goals, challenges, and other people and in new and different ways. Stretching ourselves to look at what we want to change different ways can be hard as sometimes we find out how we are getting in our own way.

What do Coaches do?

Help you clarify your goals, challenges, and thinking
Ask thoughtful questions to enable you build your awareness, your mindset, and your own saboteurs
Help you to develop your own strategy and support you in keeping yourself accountable

Advise, do the work for you, mentor, or consult

What does a Coaching Session look like?

They can range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Most clients prefer to meet online. Clients choose the focus for each session and what they would like to spend coaching time on. The discussion is completely confidential.
